What is an Employee Assistance Program?

An EAP is a confidential benefit that helps employees with stress, sleep, workload, relationships and life events — before they turn into sick days, disengagement or attrition. Traditional EAP phone lines exist in most large companies, but usage tends to stay low: booking friction, stigma, business hours, and language gaps get in the way.

Why voice-first matters

Speaking is faster and more natural than typing when someone is overwhelmed. A voice-first companion removes the appointment step, works late at night when things feel loudest, and speaks the employee's own language — which is where engagement quietly gets built.

How it works

Three steps, no friction.

1

Employee speaks in private

A judgement-free voice space for stress, sleep, focus and everyday overwhelm. Emotional support and self-reflection — not therapy or diagnosis.

2

Signals are aggregated

Content stays with the individual. Only anonymous, aggregated wellbeing signals leave that context — never messages, never names.

3

Leaders see the shape

HR gets team-level trends: usage, common themes, night sessions, quick resets — enough to act, never enough to identify.

Two sides, one product

Real value for the person. Real signal for the organization.

For the employee

  • Private, confidential voice conversations — content never reaches the employer.
  • Available 24/7, including the late-night hours when overwhelm peaks.
  • Speaks 12 languages natively — no translation, no friction.
  • Crisis-safe: local emergency and support resources surface when they're needed.
  • Short reset modes for stress, sleep, overthinking and night anxiety.

For the employer

  • Anonymous, aggregate wellbeing trends across teams.
  • Engagement metrics that show whether the benefit is actually used.
  • GDPR / KVKK aligned architecture with a clear DPA.
  • A concrete ROI frame: productivity, absence, attrition.
  • Easy rollout — email invite, SSO optional, no app store required.

Aggregate wellbeing panel

What HR actually sees — and what they never see.

A shape, not a story. Trends, themes and engagement — never individual conversations, never identifiable users.

What's inside

Built for the way teams actually work.

12 native languages

Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Arabic, Russian, Japanese — no translation layer.

Crisis-safe routing

When risk signals appear, the conversation surfaces local emergency and support resources — to the individual, never to HR.

Real-life ready modes

Stress reset, sleep companion, focus, overthinking, night anxiety — short and structured, not open-ended.

HR-friendly anonymous panel

Simple dashboard, no analytics degree required. Export summaries for leadership reviews.

Small-team protection

An aggregation threshold hides any signal from a group too small to stay anonymous.

Easy rollout

Email invitations, optional SSO, no app store review — most teams are live within days, not quarters.

Privacy & compliance

Employees only trust what stays with them.

Privacy is not a footer link here — it is the architecture. Every design choice below is enforced in code, not just policy.

Aggregation threshold

No signal is exposed for a group below a minimum size. Small teams stay statistically invisible.

No PII, no transcripts to employers

Employers never receive names, identifiers or conversation content. Ever. It is not technically available to them.

Versioned, explicit consent

Employees see and accept a clear consent record. Any change to that record is versioned and re-consented.

Sub-processor transparency

A public list of sub-processors and cross-border data flows — with a signed DPA available for procurement.

Crisis resources go to the person

When someone signals crisis, local emergency contacts are shown to that person — not routed to HR or their manager.

Rollout

How a pilot goes live.

  1. Step 1

    Scope & pilot cohort

We agree on the pilot group, success metrics and communication plan with HR and legal.

  2. Step 2

    Setup & invitation

Employees receive a private invite. Optional SSO, custom branding, and manager communications kit.

  3. Step 3

    Measurement & report

Aggregate trends and engagement are reviewed together with your team, with a written report you can share upward.

Pricing

Priced by team size. Start with a pilot.

No public per-seat number — pricing scales with headcount and includes the pilot period, DPA and rollout support. Tell us your team size and we'll come back with a concrete proposal.

FAQ

What HR and legal always ask.

Give your team a private place to talk — and give leadership a signal they can act on.
