Privacy

This page describes how the app handles your personal data. Because we process conversations about mental wellbeing, this includes special-category (health) personal data.

What we process

• Account: email and authentication provider.
• Voice input and transcripts during a session (streamed to the model to produce a reply).
• Optional: your mood check-ins, tool usage, and voice-journal entries.
• Compact memory cards summarizing themes, coping tools, and goals from your sessions.
• Preferences: chosen language, voice, timezone, reminders, and transcript-retention setting.

Sub-processors and international transfer

We use the following service providers to power the AI features. Your data is transferred abroad (USA) with your explicit consent.

  Text chat and session summarization · USA
• Supabase (hosting & database)
  Account, memory cards, and preferences storage · EU (Frankfurt)

Retention

Raw transcripts are deleted immediately after each session is summarized, unless you turn on "Keep transcripts" in Settings. Compact memory cards, mood check-ins, and journal entries are kept until you delete them. Account data is kept until you delete your account.

Your rights

• Access and export: contact us and we will provide your data.
• Delete individual memory cards: Settings → Memory.
• Reset all memory: Settings → Memory → Reset all.
• Delete your account (erases everything): Settings → Delete account.
• Withdraw consent: Settings; you can also delete your account at any time.
